Shipping Policy for In-stock Items
1. General Information
All items indicated to be in-stock are shipped within forty-five (45) business days of the day the order is placed. A confirmation email is sent once the item leaves our warehouse. This email will not only confirm that the item has shipped, but will also provide the tracking number for your item along with an estimated delivery date (according to the shipper, and based on the shipping method you selected).
IMPORTANT: As inventory fluctuates hourly, an item indicated as “in-stock” when you place your order may, in fact, be out-of-stock. In this event, we make every effort to contact you by email immediately to notify you that your order will be placed on backorder. The email will also provide you with information on how to cancel the order if you would prefer not to wait for the item to be in stock again. Any orders placed on back-order are expected to ship within 30 days.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to street addresses in the contiguous United States (CONUS). No PO Boxes are accepted. We also accept orders from international customers by directly servicing these requests via email. To place an international order, please send your request to email@example.com.
3. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to have your order delivered within  business days of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Larger orders may also be delivered in separate shipments.
4. Delivery Instructions
Any specialized delivery instructions must be communicated to the carrier directly.
5. Worry Free Shipping
Basic (Ground) shipping costs are covered by Diamondback Tactical including any shipping costs due to the first return or exchange of any product, so you never have to worry.
Additional shipping charges may apply to customers selecting premium shipping options such as overnight shipping. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
