Graduated Return & Exchange Policy
Diamondback Tactical offers a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on every product we offer online. Please contact customer service at email@example.com or 800-882-7667 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number within 30 days of shipping date if you need to return an item.
Beyond our 30 day Money Back Guarantee, Diamondback Tactical offers returns for store credit through 90 days. Products in like new condition can be returned for 100% store credit. Please note that any deliberately damaged products or products that have been fired upon will not be accepted. Dates are measured from the day of shipping.
To ensure our customer’s are comfortable ordering online, Diamondback Tactical covers the cost of basic shipping for the initial purchase as well as the first return or exchange of any product. Diamondback Tactical will send a prepaid shipping label via email which can be printed out attached to the original product package for shipment back to our factory.

Life Happens – Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that life doesn’t always run smoothly so we allow order cancelations and have a generous return policy. To cancel an order you have placed with Diamondback Tactical, please contact customer support by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or by phone (800-882-7667).
Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped. When contacting customer support to cancel an order please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information. Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item(s) for a complete refund.
